Hello, I am currently working on an update. The info for it is unfolding and as a part of that scenario I was asked to post an image of a certain tarot card (admittedly strange).

From background chatter it sounds like right now is a good time to be either a defector from this group know as the Cabal and join the opposition or take part in the preparation of the world for a full disclosure by coming forward in that arena as a whistleblower.

Here is an interesting article about EM Drives. There has been an interesting amount of soft disclosure by the establishment recently. The Secret Earth Governments (and their many syndicates) are also pursuing clemency deals with the "Earth Based Alliances". After the recent rejection of the last Royal White Draco/Committee of 200 (Chairmen) "offer/threat" there has been heavy monitoring of these groups in case they were looking to make good on the threats that were disguised as an offer.
The Sphere Being Alliance (SBA) communicated to the SSP Alliance Council that this was not a deal that the SBA were able to make. It is humanities deal to work out. It was made clear that it was going to be completely up to humanity what type of experiences we will go through next. Those that were at a level of the Earth Based Alliance Groups that have been getting access to various levels or versions of the cosmic disclosures that are unfolding are said to be making deals that they are not authorized to make as a legitimate organization that represents humanity. Everyone, including the SSP Alliance is going to have to stand before a true representative body of humanity before all is said and done. As stated, even though many of these people are well intentioned and honorable in their goals, they are also people that will need a lot of healing before they can return to society.

It is becoming apparent that some of these grass roots groups, to start International Courts and Tribunals based on Natural Law, may be something that many of us need to get behind in one way or another.

If "we" are going to be the ones that free ourselves using the tool of our mass consciousness then maybe we should go about manifesting that change on all levels. I say keep up the loving and forgiving thoughts and meditative focus on becoming service to others on basis. Now it is time for more people to come out of the shadows and tell what they know. Now is also the time to be a peaceful catalyst in making things happen.

A good deal of the information I have received from the BA's recently has been more of a personal and spiritual nature as well as reminders of talking about high vibrational food while eating lousy or allowing myself to hold a grudge against someone only because they do with me. It is certainly difficult to practice what you are told to preach (so to speak) and extremely difficult to walk the service-to-others path.

It turns out that often we can get pretty good at becoming giving, loving and forgiving of others. When it comes to ourselves however we have a underlying feeling that we are still not worthy of that forgiveness.

I will cover a few bits of info in the new update including information about the latest offer from the Royal White Draco being turned down as well as a meeting between the underworld groups. It turns out that Gonzales has been meeting with a sort of council of representatives from the various ancient breakaway civilization groups and non human groups that consider themselves indigenous to the earth.

Some of these groups have not always been the most positive groups towards humanity but after recent subterranean skirmishes against the Secret Earth Governments, their syndicates as well as their allied off world groups they have given up some of their isolationist traditions and began meeting openly with groups they once hid their existence from.

The area's under Tibet were hit hard and are expected to be obvious targets in the future.
So far there has been no real response from the Committee of 200 faction after receiving the denial of their clemency proposal. Gonzales told me to tighten up my seat-belt but I told him the controlled demolition of this huge Earth/Space industrial machine that the cabal was going to be a bumpy ride anyway.

Gonzales stated that recent observations show that the "AI Threat" has made its way into the consciousness of humanity. The SSP Alliance considers this just one of the disclosure successes that I and DW (and everyone who helped pass the info along) were able to get out there in a larger way. There is quite a lot more work to do. We do need to make it known to everyone and to "source" itself that we are ready for a "Full Disclosure Event" followed by a world court that would allow all of humanity to have a say. The SSP Alliance has proposed the above as well as the release of heavily suppressed technologies. There are a large number of groups on the earth that are all saying they are better than the cabal, ready to step in and take over ruling in a similar way. These various alliance groups have been engaged in negotiations with the opposition and even being infiltrated by them.
There are a few challenges we need to deal with right now. It is good that people are waking up and are ready to engage the world around them. The time has come for everyone to do their part.

I have to admit I was more than a little overwhelmed with all of the contacts and interview requests. I am having to upgrade my web host with all of the traffic as well as a few reported glitches.

I am not going to be able to catch up on email anytime soon. If you have sent me an interview request for your show I apologize for my lack of response the last couple of weeks.

I am going to try to get some interviews knocked out with a few people ASAP.  I look forward to doing some shows in the near future. I plan on chatting with DW tonight. I am not sure if we will be doing joint interviews or not in the future. I kind of liked how the last one went.

I am on the road w/the family for 10 days. We are having that vacation we so desperately deserve!
I am seeing ALL KINDS of Mis-Information (to be kind, much is blatant Dis-information) from bloggers and forum posters. I have had to laugh at some of the remarks of the Blue Avians being an "AI/Cabal Mind Control" project of some sort...

The "AI Prophets" of the Secret Earth Government Syndicates (Cabal/Illuminati) have been extremely upset at me disclosing the extent off their AI Gods, Human Slave Trade/Crimes Against Humanity and SSP Infrastructure.

What has vexed me the most are these DISCLOSURE DATES!

I NEVER GAVE THESE DATES! Where did they come from?
People are trying to assign a September and November time table to me when I have never put one forth and have always stated that I will not ever put a time table forward since the time table is in the hands of humanity's consciousness awakening.

EVERY Request/Offer/Veiled Threat by the Cabal for partial disclosure, having disclosure 50 years in the future OR allowing clemency for ALL Cabal/Illuminati/ET/ED beings that have been involved in the crimes against and subjugation of humanity have been DENIED! (But bloggers say we are accepting deals on the behalf of humanity knowing this is not true!)

The Sphere Alliance has stated this is NOT THEIR DEAL TO MAKE! Once there is a catalyzing event (global in nature. Financial?) Followed by a Full Disclosure Event involving mass data dumps... WE THE PEOPLE OF EARTH will be making these decisions!

The only deals that are being made right now are to bring in defectors/witnesses/victims of these groups (Some of which are getting nasty labels from researchers ignorant of the full and true nature of these sources treasure trove of "intel" and breadth of knowledge of the full spectrum of the programs hidden from the lower level insiders) who are now bringing data in the same form Snowden has. The recent data hacks against the Cabal entities in the U.S. and E.U. have them in a complete panic.

The odds of getting to November w/no FULL disclosure are 100% IMHO. The Cabal is in a huge panic, is extremely upset at the data about their "AI Prophet" activities being released, Their Sol System Infrastructure, Human Slave Trade, and information about some of their groups such as the Order of the Black Sun to name just a few.

It is humorous that the "AI Prophets" are now lashing out and calling the Blue Avians an "AI Psy-op", just as it is bizarre that people are actually buying the notion that the Satanic Cabal that wants to wipe out 90% of humanity is now exposing how their magic really works (Via our mass consciousness), Luciferian/Satanists are wanting the useless eaters that they control to Wake Up to their power of consciousness, become more LOVING (these ARE beings that actually FEED off of FEAR!) and become Service To Others (These are beings that use everything to keep us against each other, religion, race, politics etc...), Raise our vibrations to make the transition to 4D (These beings are using CERN and other technologies to try to interrupt/block this process), To reveal the FULL extent of the Multiple SSP's (& their vast infrastructure) which they have been working hard for decades to convince people only a very low tech version "may exist"... Treat your body as a temple and change to a "High Vibratory Diet" while at the same time these beings have "poison" our food supply and GMO's our crops to make us ill and shorten our lifespans...
This really makes sense to people? This is the Cabal Psy-Op?

The Cabal Psy-Op is the program to discredit recent disclosures of information that were NEVER supposed to be known to humanity...

These clever infiltrators have manipulated the egos off a few researchers and taken info presented, twisted it and in some cases lied/made up things that were never a part of my testimony. All anyone has to do as spend the time to research what info I have put out "IN CONTEXT" to see the majority of the attackers have manipulated information in some cases working directly alongside Illuminati Agents, making themselves agents in return.

It makes further sense to people that a self-professed "Illuminati Insider" is being listened to when EVERY legit Illuminati Insider that has come forward and told the truth has told stories of sexual/mental abuse and heavy mind control from birth (trained to mind control others) is now giving info with zero info about this occurring to them in their past publicly while they stated these things all happened to them in private conversations to myself and others (It happens to ALL Illuminati Members, no exceptions!)?

Researchers who jump to call any and all persons that have been involved in any of the hundreds of "MILAB" type programs "Mind Controlled Super Soldiers" or "Cabal Shills" and all their data should be flushed? Do you see the disconnect in their logic yet???

If you do not want to believe what I and others are saying, if it goes against your years of building up an esoteric belief system (Or Ufo Religions) that is fine, but don't be a hypocrite. If you feel the need to lash out and attack in a very spiritually devolved way because you disagree that only reflects on your own spiritual journey. I'm not saying if you disagree w/me you are spiritually in a lower vibratory rut. I am saying the manner in which one rebuts what they disagree with... their agenda and polarity certainly DO show how evolved/devolved they are mentally and spiritually.

If you choose to believe the misled bloggers or those intentionally misleading (Rationalizing their "disinfo campaigns" as for the greater good, just as the cabal does) the public then this is a summary of what they now believe the Cabal Message is...

Every day focus on becoming more “Service To Others” oriented. Focus on being more “Loving” and “Focus on raising your Vibrational and Consciousness Level” and to learn to “Forgive Yourself and Others” (Thus “Releasing Karma”). This will change the Vibration of the Planet, The “Shared Consciousness of Humanity” and “Change Humanity One Person at a time” (Even if that “One Person” is yourself.). They say to treat your body as a temple and change over to a “Higher Vibrational Diet” to aid in the other changes. This sounds to many like a “Hippy Love and Peace” message that will not make a difference. I assure you the “Path” they lay out in “Their Message” is a difficult one. Even on the unlikely chance that these technologies stay “Suppressed”, imagine what a world we would live in if everyone made these changes to their selves?

There have been some recent SSP Alliance Council Meetings as well as a few other meetings that Gonzales has been attending for the most part while I am working on other action items.

There is an amazing amount of activity going on with the Earth Alliance (some rogue infighting over a new financial system) as well as some activities among ET Groups as well as a recent meeting with a council of Subterranean Ancient Earth Break Away Civilizations.

There have been quite a lot of recent battles between groups not related to the SSP Alliance or the Sphere Alliance.

We are also compiling the vast amount of data from paper/communication trails from some of the misguided people who are attempting to discredit me using cabal resources and tactics.
I will be working on these action items as well as will be picked up for a meeting while on vacation with the family.

Raw-Tear-Eir showed concern that many people are more interested in an entertaining mission report than they are in listening to the message and working on becoming more service-to-others.

Do not focus on the Sphere Alliance/Blue Avians too much! They made it known that some date in the future when humanity has undergone acclimation to the new background energies that the Spheres would fade away and that the "Two Unknown Sphere Beings" will remain for a "time" in a Guardian Service to humanity while we are a 4th Density transitional species.

These last 2 Sphere Beings will NOT communicate with or show themselves until after we have been through a full disclosure event, a global reconciliation event, and we are in control of the Sol System and its resources (Infrastructure) as well as are opening relations with other civilizations (All of this will occur while we are in "Transition").

So, let us focus on taking what is our from the Cabal/Secret Earth Governments and get ourselves on the correct path as a species and as individuals... It starts with each individual changing this reality one person at a time.

The world we live in is far more remarkable than most people could ever have imagined. Our military-industrial complex has secretly colonized our solar system – and beyond.
The technology that already exists, today, built by defense contractors who hold corporate facilities here on earth, satisfies every wish you’ve ever had for a high-tech future – from any sci-fi movie you could possibly think of.

I know this is true because I worked in this world. I lived in this world. I walked away from it in 1989, except for a few stray assignments – but that all changed when I decided to come forward as a whistleblower in 2014.

An alliance has formed within what we call the Secret Space Program, or SSP. The goal of the Alliance is to defeat the “Babylonian Money Magic System” and end financial tyranny on earth.
The Alliance wants to restore order and justice and civility to our world – and release the planet-healing, life-extending, hyper-futuristic technology they possess to everyone.
All the bases and colonies they have constructed will be made available to us if this plan is a success. And traveling to them will be just one portal hop or shuttle ride away.

My main contact in this world has been Lt. Col. Gonzales. The experiences he and I have been having seem very “far out” to most people, and have led to inevitable skepticism.
If you are new to this story, it may all seem quite impossible to believe. I understand that. My job is simply to tell you the truth of my ongoing experiences.

This article is a follow-up to Part 1, where we discussed some of the information that Lt. Col. Gonzales had briefed me on in two separate meetings he had not far from where I live.
We discussed Gonzales’ dramatic meeting with the Draco White Royal, and his interaction with four of the chairmen of the Committee of 200 when he stood in as the main delegate for the Sphere Beings that are helping us out.

We are going to rejoin those two conversations and pick up where we left off to discuss the other meetings that Gonzales attended in my absence.

This all took place while I was off shooting the Gaiam TV show “Cosmic Disclosure” with David Wilcock. If you have not completed Part 1 of this article, I would recommend doing so before reading Part 2.

It definitely appears that writing these articles and doing this new show has also increased the amount of “negative greetings” (as DW calls them, based on terminology from the Law of One series) I have received recently.

I am not a huge believer in coincidence. The number of negative things that have occurred to my family and myself since I was briefed by Gonzales, started writing updates and working on these articles is incredible.

These negative incidents have been so in-your-face and clearly intentional that it is more than obvious that this is a Yin and Yang sort of energy battle for balance occurring.
The latest event of this type was yesterday morning. I woke up and had been bitten by a spider that left a large bite on my hip, at the belt line. I had to have it treated, as it was swollen up like a balloon.
I was getting muscle aches, headaches and stomach issues. All I felt like doing was laying around. I managed to get out for a little while to find a peaceful place to work on finishing up this article and beginning the next one.

I also discovered that some people I considered friends had contacted bloggers who are known to attack me. They provided untrue and negatively-toned information about David Wilcock and myself.
They were upset that they couldn’t get ahold of me through any of my older contact methods for almost 2 months. However, they never even tried to contact me through my webpage. When asked about it, they just rationalized their behavior and were unapologetic.

It has been upsetting to see how quickly people you think are your friends and claim to be on the path of Service to Others and spiritual enlightenment in this field can turn against you -- in such emotionally triggered, reactionary or egotistical ways.

The balance appeared within 5 days, when four of the people who have made a mission out of attacking me in online posts and email campaigns to researchers got in contact with me -- and apologized.
I apologized for anything I may have done to upset them, given how distracting and bizarre all of this has been for me. I told each of them I would be a hypocrite if I didn’t forgive them.
In turn, a couple of them sent me quite a lot of information that lined up with information and transcripts I had received directly from other sources. At the time I wasn’t entirely sure if it was all true – but that doubt has now been removed.

Two of people have now sent me quite a number of Skype logs and email conversations among a small but dedicated “cell” of bloggers, forum moderators, former friends and once well-known researchers who have been conspiring to bring down David Wilcock and myself.
Gonzales had told me that this was going on, but the scope of it, and the amount of spite, unethical behavior and outright hatred in how they spoke about us and conspired with each other, has been truly shocking.

One of the people in question is talented at audio remixing. He has produced edited and fake skype conversations to make David and myself appear to have a said or written certain to each other and to the person doing the cutting and splicing.

David and I both keep local copies of all his Skype calls and text.log files for our own protection, in case of events just like this. It will be very interesting to identify exactly how this was done, and which questions were deliberately planted to generate useful audio clips in response.
Having this handful of people contact me and make amends has been a nice balance to the Yin and Yang of the negativity that has been going on (not so secretly) in the background.
Forgiving and loving those who you have wronged, or who have wronged you, can be very liberating for both parties. One of the people said that since we have reached this point of forgiveness, they have slept better than they have in some time. It had the same stress-relieving and spiritual effect on me as well.

Because of the nasty spider bite, I ended up going to bed at 5pm Central time and slept until 3:30 this morning. I decided to use the peace and quiet to make the final edits to this article and get it posted.
I am also looking forward to listening to Dr. Michael Salla’s interview on Coast to Coast last night (7/12) with George Noory. Next week I am going to be a recording a couple of episodes as a guest on George Noory’s Gaiam TV show, “Beyond Belief”.

Back at the table with Gonzales
As we sat at the table and started up the discussion, much of the briefing included quite mundane information as well as some deeper information. This included what was going on with the various loosely affiliated factions of the Earth Alliance.

I was made aware of recent Cabal false-flag attempts that thankfully did not succeed – though others obviously have. We also discussed mass intelligence gathering that has been both acquired by Earth Alliance groups as well as SSP Alliance Council efforts.
This was accomplished by hitting secure western databases – and the results were very visible in the news headlines.

I also found out that some rogue members of BRICS have been infiltrated by the Secret Earth Government syndicates, known to most as the Cabal.

Gonzales and I also discussed his recent stand-in delegate role at the “Human Like” ET Super Federation conference. The Super Federation is a larger group made up of a United Nations-type organization of other “Human-Like” ET Federations, Confederations and Councils.
These are not the Draco Federation Alliance groups, and the other beings associated with them that have been referred to the Orion Group by many. This Orion Group is made up of quite a bit more than just the Draco Alliance.

I did learn that there is a small council made up of some of the Ancient Human Breakaway groups that I was previously unaware of.

It turns out that Gonzales has been meeting exclusively with this group as a delegate for the SSP Alliance Council. Gonzales stated that I may be either accompanying or handling some of these meetings myself in the future.

I do find it important to remind people that many of these are Earth human terms to describe these groups, and not what they refer to themselves as.

I will give what details I can of the two briefings we had in order. At our second meeting, Gonzales was more interested in mending fences and doing some IE readings to feel me out after the recent meeting I had with the SSP Alliance Council.

This was the meeting that went very badly, and resulted in a major falling out between myself and some of the individuals present. We have discussed that thoroughly on more than one occasion since it first happened.

Once that topic was covered, I asked some questions about the previous briefing that he had given me. I was looking for more details since he was in a laid back and talkative mood.
Gonzales did not disappoint in this regard, because he went straight into talking about the Draco White Royal and Chairmen of the Committee of 200 meeting that I reported on in Part 1.
After we were finished taking about this subject, we sort of backed away from topics to relax a little more. It was very unpleasant for Gonzales to recount the meeting with the White Royal, and it was difficult for me to listen to and relive my own experience.

Gonzales asked me if I minded if he ordered a beer. I’d never seen him do that, as he was usually all business -- either drinking coffee or iced water when we have met. I did not object, and indeed thought it may relax him more for the rest of the discussion.

We had some small talk while we both finished a beer. Then he asked me if I have been watching the latest propaganda on television. I knew he was referring to the MSM news. I told him I try my best not to watch it.

This is when he mentioned what was going on with a few EU countries financially, and the recent round of high-level government hacks that have occurred – not just to US databases, but to the entire Western World.

Gonzales stated that these hacks were incredibly pervasive -- and that they had also hacked the Secret Earth Government and syndicates’ “Dark-Net”.

Gonzales said that very little of what was taken has been reported in the MSM. Nonetheless, a stunning amount of intelligence was obtained and compiled into the database we had so far that has been contributed to by several parties.
The information that was accessed, however, is well known by the upper caste of what most people know as the Cabal groups. They are heavily panicking about these breaches of sensitive data.
There have also been recent defections of Cabal members who have brought evidence and the promise to testify to the SSP and elements of the Earth Alliances. These defections and the recent hacks are behind the pickup in activity of “Elites” moving their families to their safe zones.
There were also some recent hacks to obtain further information from one of the major letters from the BRICS Alliance. Unfortunately, this particular country has been heavily infiltrated by the Cabal.
The Cabal has infiltrated just about everything you can think of. The ufology field has been completely infiltrated consistently since the 1950’s. Internet forums, blogs and some alt media have the same problems.

There were some incidents that ended in some major attacks and loss of life inside the SSP Alliance Council because of certain infiltrators. This also caused some splintering and mistrust among some of the SSP Alliance Council for a time.

This same infiltration has occurred within elements of the Earth Alliance. There is a push right now by the other members of the BRICS Alliance to isolate these infiltrated areas within one of their allies.

Their goal is to prevent a typical Cabal divide-and-conquer operation, where the Cabal could use this new infrastructure to form a NWO 2.0. Russia and some of their allies, some of whom would surprise you, are well into a plan to try to prevent these problems from growing.
If what he said is accurate, it sounds like Germany, Spain, France and of course Greece want out of the EU and the Western financial system. This would cause a domino effect felt around the world.
I am not sure that these countries are ready to jump over to BRICS myself. Things are bad in the West, but BRICS still has some issues to work out.

There was some moderate discussion of false flag attacks that were prevented. There was also discussion of the Cabal building out a more robust infrastructure for its AI System.
This AI system is controlled by the ET/ED AI Signal that we have discussed in detail in other interviews and articles. We discussed the timing and plan of taking out this AI system, and how it would work.

It seems the AI’s “probable future technology” has seen some of this. It is attempting to prepare for such a coordinated operation that would have to be undertaken to entirely remove the AI from the Sol System.

The Cabal has been using this ET/ED AI probable future system for decades. They believe it to be foolproof -- and nearly 100% accurate. They have used it many times to stave off certain defeat, and it has proven to be highly accurate in its calculations.

Interestingly, the AI did not predict the arrival or actions of the Sphere Alliance – nor the break away and defections of those joining the SSP Alliance. Therefore it is not a perfect system.
Because of the new energies in the Sol System and the awakening of an increasing number of humanity to our co-creative abilities in this reality using our mass consciousness, we are making this AI and its “Prophets” very nervous.

This AI component and the fragmentation of the Cabal Groups after the last couple of meetings is believed to be behind the threatening and theatrical meeting with the Draco White Royal, and the warnings given by the Committee of 200 Chairmen.

The Chairmen also mentioned their ability to see into the future with their AI technology at that same meeting.

Gonzales then moved to a topic that made his eyes light up -- and his facial expressions looked like an excited little boy. He said “It is something to finally understand what all is going on at one of those Super Federation conferences, isn’t it?”

In the prior conferences I had been the representing delegate, and he stood behind me to my left in an advisory position. The three IE support personnel sat in front and to the side of me in lower seats within our horseshoe-shaped designated position on the council floor.

Before I was drafted into the SSP and was still training in the MILAB programs, I had served in the IE Support role. I remembered sitting there being bored, and not knowing what was going on or being said in the common language that was spoken on the floor of the council auditorium.
We were given the smart-glass pads that gave us access to the ET database that the IEs used to keep our minds occupied while we were keeping a feeling out for any types of deception or danger.
When I first appeared at this Super Federation council as a delegate and sat in the delegate chair, I was amazed to suddenly be able to understand the strange monotone common ET language that was being spoken.

Everything that was said sounded like English in my mind. It was also the first time that I wasn’t completely ignored by the other ET delegates, and was interfaced with in order to communicate.
The SSP Alliance Council was extremely unhappy that none of those present except myself understood what was going on -- and that they had to rely on me to give them an accurate briefing of what was communicated.

From the very beginning, they had wanted Lt. Col. Gonzales to be the main delegate -- and had not made it a secret. They had also made it clear that I didn’t work for them, and no material support would be provided.

Not being able to understand what was going on in these meetings for their own people to gather intelligence was yet another point of contention.

My relationship with several of the SSP Council Members has gone further downhill after a recent meeting regarding incidents that occurred with my family, which I will cover to some degree in my next report.

Gonzales stated that he had met with Raw-Tear-Eir before this conference, and again after the report to the SSP Alliance Council that occurred after the conference.

Tear-Eir had communicated to him what he was going to be conveying at the conference, as well as some information to do with the Draco White Royals and some other ET groups that have been trapped inside the outer barrier since the beginning of the year.

Gonzales stated that he was feeling pretty excited about attending this council meeting and sitting in the chair for the first time.

He went on to tell me about the arrival at the Federation Council Meeting Facility. This is a station that is in a secure temporal bubble out around the orbits of Jupiter and Saturn.
When you enter into the temporal bubble, you can see the station and docking ports for all of the other delegates floating freely in the middle of a completely pitch-black bubble. You cannot see the sun, planets or stars from inside this space/time anomaly.

Gonzales and the crew docked, went through a security scan for AI and other outside technologies, and were allowed in.

Gonzales said he was immediately treated like he mattered this time, as opposed to last time when the other delegates and support staff only interfaced with me -- and ignored the IEs and him.
He said it was all very polite, with respectful communications and treatment from everyone the entire walk down the passage from the space docks to the meeting hall.
Gonzales and the IEs could feel a different energy in the air that was more one of anticipation, instead of the mixture of anxiety and agitation from the previous times.
Gonzales said that he walked briskly to get to the Sphere Alliances Delegation seating area. On this trip he had one of the high-ranking SSP Alliance Council members with him, who stood in the advisory role position.

This is one of the people who I have since gotten in a major argument with. Gonzales had left the detail of them being present out of the first briefing.

The IE Support team took their seats. They were handed smart-glass pads by an attendant, and Gonzales sat in the Delegate chair.

Gonzales said he half-expected some sort of tingling sensation or feeling to let him know he had interfaced neurologically with the chair, but he felt nothing.

Soon after the rest of the delegates had arrived and were seated, one of the delegates made their way to the platform area, which was behind a long narrow table that jetted a long way out toward the room.

Every so often, holograms have projected above the middle of this table, but this was not a normal occurrence.

As usual, there was another type of being with a smaller stature who acted as attendants. They also do a sort of strange sign language that reminds me of the Native American sign I witnessed when I was younger.

The first delegate that stood up was one we were familiar with. He was a very tall pumpkin-orange-skinned being with blue eyes, no hair, and a cranial ridge running back towards the crown of the head from ear to ear.

He was wearing an off-white robe, much like you would see a monk wearing. He said he was then introduced by this being, and it was time for him to walk to the front and take its position on the small stage.

When I had been in this same situation and was walking to this small stage, I remembered wondering how I was going to communicate. Then, when I was situated I just started speaking English for my short presentation.

After that, I went back to sit at the chair that was automatically translating the strange ET language for the first time. It wasn’t until after the meeting that I was asked by my team what I was saying while I was up front.

I was a little confused and told them “You were there!” They told me “Corey, you were speaking that strange language”. I was certain that I was speaking English.

Gonzales said that he could see the Earth Delegation from where he was standing, and they had serious looks on their faces with their arms crossed.

He assumed they were once again Committee of 200 members, or a similar allied group, by the way they were dressed and carrying themselves.

It is very unusual for one group to be on the Earth Delegation rotation more than once at this particular meeting. If this was indeed them, this would now be their fourth or fifth rotation.
There had been dozens of petitions by ETs who wanted to retrieve their teams who were on expedition missions to Earth to study the planet’s oceans, jungles and other aspects of nature.
These ETs were completely uninterested in interacting or meddling in the affairs of humanity, or with interacting with other ET Groups who were present in our Sol System. They were positive groups who were only interested in the planet’s biosphere.

Since being trapped on Earth, many of these smaller expeditionary teams had been running out of needed supplies and had begun to be hunted down by human and negative ET Groups.
Gonzales stood before the Super Federation Council, which normally had 40 to 60 groups in attendance. Now it had well over 100 groups all massed together in the auditorium.
He announced that the Earth’s barrier was going to be relaxed, and that these groups would be allowed to return back to their support teams who were here in the Sol System, trapped inside the outer barrier.

The Earth’s traffic would go back to a strict grid authorization system – an air traffic control-type system -- and would be enforced by the more advanced SSP Alliance vessels.
Gonzales stated that you could feel the relief in the room as he finished his short message and presentation. He returned to his seat.

Once again, as in the previous meetings, group after group took turns taking the stage to make short statements of what they had contributed to the Earth, humanity and the Grand Experiment.
He said it took some time for each of them to toot their own horns and put a positive spin on their activities in our Sol System before the meeting was adjourned.

Gonzales stated that several groups showed appreciation on his way out of the auditorium and down the passageway back to the space docks, where their vessel was located.

They then returned to one of the SSP Alliance Council’s bases of operation for debriefing.
The SSP Alliance informed him upon arrival that there had already been quite a few vessels leaving the Earth’s atmosphere, and heading to larger cloaked vessels close by.

Most of the visitors to the Sol System that want out are positioned in the outer Sol System, hoping for the barrier to drop and working to figure out a way to get past it.

The SSP Alliance Council was very happy with Gonzales’ performance. This only reinforced their position that he should be the main delegate.

This, of course, was thrown in my face yet again in the argument that broke out in a later meeting with the SSP Alliance Council.

This later meeting concerned the intrusion of my home and the abduction of family members by a very tall six-fingered Nordic group that was very hostile.

I will go into as much detail as I can in the next article about those incidents, the follow-up SSP Alliance Council meeting, and my meeting with the Blue Avians right after.


I want to emphasize that we are safe and I have been assured that no further incidents like this will be allowed to take place, providing that certain protocols are followed.

I do expect to see quite a lot of interesting UFO reports for a while with the sudden coming and going of vessels from our atmosphere.

There are also going to be some small battles going on between some vessels and groups down here, on and below Earth.

We will also see some odd behavior in human beings because of the huge increase in the background energy that is flowing into the Sol System. This energy has a direct effect on consciousness – including a polarizing factor where “the good are getting better and the bad are getting worse.”
The Spheres have been giving us more time to adjust to the increasing energetic waves that have been flowing into our Sol System and causing electrical changes in all of the planets and the Sun.
These spheres are slowly reducing how much of this energy they are buffering. At some point in the future, the spheres will disappear completely. Some people will be acclimated to these energies and others will not.

Many people are not comfortable with how much of the outcome of our future reality is up to each of us personally and as a group consciousness.
Others would prefer that some of these advanced entities come and make the changes for us -- or save humanity.

We are being given the opportunity to awaken and fix our own problems with the powerful tools that we have deliberately been kept ignorant of.

The power of our mass consciousness, and the positive trigger of the loving and forgiving spectrum of emotions, are ours to claim -- and they will forge a new reality.

These are the very tools that the negative forces have manipulated and used against us for countless years. It is the foundation of how their black magic works.

Gonzales had a brief meeting with the Blue Avians and seemed to keep those details to himself. He has his own relationship with them and there are times when the Blue Avians address very personal things about your life that reach you deeply. There have been plenty of times I have kept what was communicated to myself.

Corey Goode (aka GoodETxSG) has revealed more about his claimed contact experiences with a group of extraterrestrials called the Sphere Alliance that is cooperating with an alliance of secret space programs indigenous to Earth. He has earlier revealed that there are five secret space programs belonging to our current Earth civilization, as well as between five to seven space programs belonging to ancient human civilizations that are still operating. Several of these secret space programs indigenous to Earth make up what he calls the Secret Space Program (SSP) Alliance, which should not be confused with the Sphere Alliance which he claims comprise five different extraterrestrials races that are here to assist humanity deal with an upcoming “Event” that will change life dramatically on the planet.

Corey claims to have attended several off-planet meetings where three of these extraterrestrial races belonging to the Sphere Alliance, have appeared. The alien race which he has communicated with the most is called the Blue Avians – one of whom he met with as recently as this past weekend is called “Tear-Eir”. In addition to his recent contact experiences, Corey also claims to have earlier served, from 1987 to 2007 with several secret space programs as an Intuitive Empath. In an earlier question and answer email exchange, Corey described the five secret space programs as follows:

1. Solar Warden –  mainly focused on policing the Solar System and surrounding Star Clusters;
2. Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) – focused mainly on development and aquisition of technology by any means.
3. Dark Fleet – worked almost entirely outside the Sol System, Very Military (Offensive),
4. “NATO TYPE SSP” – Recently in Alliance Conferences they were referred to as the “League of Nations Program.”
5. Various Special Access Program SSP’s that were small, usually had the newer technology, very secretive and worked for some of the Secret Earth Governments,

In his answers to my most recent questions sent by email (see below), Corey describes why the Solar Warden space program, the first program to be established in the contemporary era, was picked by the Sphere Alliance to be given technological assistance. The Solar Warden Program along with the other programs belonging to the SSP Alliance have been given advanced technologies to neutralize the prior technological advantage of “negative” or “service-to-self” groups described as the Cabal/Illuminati, Draco Reptilians, etc.

In addition, Corey addresses questions concerning the current political situation such as President Putin’s disappearance for 10 days (March 6-16) and the possibility that he secretly attended one of the Sphere Alliance meetings; President Obama’s March 12 comment about extraterrestrials controlling the US government; Pope Francis’ role with extraterrestrial disclosure; Edward Snowden acting with the tacit support of other NSA officials in releasing classified information; and the upcoming Sept 23 meeting between President Obama and Pope Francis.

It’s worth mentioning that at this stage Corey has not given any documentary evidence to support his incredible claims, nor has anyone else come forward to confirm their participation in alleged meetings involving the Sphere Alliance and the 10-12 Secret Space Programs indigenous to Earth. Nevertheless, Corey has had a number of researchers who have come forward claiming that anonymous insiders have confirmed that Corey did indeed serve with one or more Secret Space Programs. The most prominent among them is David Wilcock who has given a number of presentations where he cites his exhaustive efforts through his insider contacts with knowledge of secret space programs to confirm Corey’s background.

In my own case, I have heard from Randy Cramer (aka Captain Kaye) that what he has read so far of Corey’s testimony is consistent with his own 20 year experience with different secret space programs. In addition, to the similarities between Randy’s and Corey’s testimonies (described here), there are important similarities between Michael Relfe’s testimony of having served for 20 years on Mars in a secret space program from (1976-1996), and what Corey has revealed.

Finally, I found Corey’s knowledge of a Secret Space Program that can be traced to the Mayan civilization as very impressive given my own personal experiences with a representative from such a program who secretly approached me in 2010. As I wrote in an earlier article, this was powerful personal corroboration that Corey’s testimony is genuine. Combined with the corroborating testimonies from other whistleblowers involved in secret space programs, I highly recommend considering Corey’s testimony as quite possibly the most comprehensive revelation of secret space programs and extraterrestrial intervention to have emerged to date.

Questions for Corey Goode on Sphere Alliance and Solar Warden Space Program – May 11, 2015

Q1. You have previously described the Solar Warden space program as largely responsible for maintaining security in the solar system. Why is the “Sphere Alliance” helping Solar Warden change the power structure on Earth which has been dominated by a Cabal/Illuminati running governments from behind the scene?

The Sphere Alliance has been mostly focused on the energetic changes occurring in our local star cluster because of the area of the Galaxy they are entering. They have been using the many thousands of cloaked spheres that are equidistantly spread out across our Sol System and neighboring Sol Systems (Electrically Connected in the “Cosmic Web” and Natural Portal System) to buffer and diffuse incoming tsunami waves of highly charged energy that changed the vibratory state of space/time, energy and matter to cause it to raise to a higher state in the “Density Spectrum”. This energetic change has a direct effect on not only every planet and star in the region but also every life form below a certain vibratory level. This can cause extreme swings in the way beings behave. Lower Vibrational (or “Negative Beings”) will become more reactionary and their behavior towards their current polarity will be enhanced. Beings that are Higher Vibrational (or “Positive/Loving Beings”) will begin to have those qualities enhanced. Beings of both polarities will need some sort of guidance offered by beings that have been through this process so that they can make the decisions to continue to raise their vibrations to match the changing background energetic changes or chose to remain in their current state of lower vibration and self-destruct.

The Sphere Alliance happened to choose the SSP Alliance (That was not just the Solar Warden Group) because they had made a conscious decision to bring the end of the control and slavery of Earth Humans by “Trickster Gods” who were custodian aliens and their worshipers/followers whom we have lumped under an umbrella name such as “The Cabal”/”Illuminati”. The SSP Alliance had decided that it was time to give every Human on the planet access to their full and true history, suppressed technologies that would lengthen and enhance their lives as well as collapse the world Financial Debt Slave Systems (AKA Babylonian Money Magic Slave System). This put the SSP Alliance in a greater percentage “Service To Others” category than any other group in our Sol System that was made up of Earth Humans fighting for the freedom of Earth Humans. They definitely had their draw backs being warriors who were looking to use violence to obtain the desired freedom. The Sphere Alliance is a nonviolent group and there has been quite a lot of adjustments for the SSP Alliance to make (as well as some mistakes) in the process of developing a workable partnership with a group of 6th through 9th Density Beings that have a completely different way of doing things.

Q2. Please describe some of the advanced technology given to Solar Warden to offset the prior technological advantage held by the Cabal/Illuminati forces on Earth opposed to full disclosure?

The Sphere Alliance has setup 2 “Energy Barriers” that cannot be penetrated by any beings or technology (be they 3/4D or 4/5D beings). One is the “Outer Barrier” which completely closes off the entire Sol System (including Gate/Portal travel) from travel into or out of the system. The other is a “Barrier” that surrounds the Earth. It keeps every Being and Craft/Technology that was either On Earth or in Near Earth Orbit from leaving a certain distance from the Planet. There are active Gates/Portals that allow travel between Planets within the Sol System. However those Portals are affected by these “Energetic Tsunami Waves” at times and regular travel is ill advised and can be dangerous. The technology provided directly to the SSP Alliance has ALL been of a defensive nature. It allows the Alliance to disrupt weapons systems, cloaking systems and highly shield vessels and locations from various types of high energy beam and torsion field weapons (torsion weapons that rip apart buildings or craft by twisting the space/time fabric that the structure exists in at the moment causing the targeted structure to rip apart etc…)

Q3. Why did Solar Warden allow itself to be technologically leap-frogged by the cabal/illuminati if it was the first secret program to deploy advanced vehicles in space?

Solar Warden was in no position to not allow itself to be left behind technologically any more than any other Military type operation that has become aged and began to be replace by other programs that were funded and provided the newer technologies. Solar Warden went through several upgrades of their vessels but as long as the vessels were serviceable and capable of doing performing their mission they were not receiving replacement vessels that were the newer technologies that ended up going to the other SSP’s. Since the Stealth Civil War began and they became allies with the Sphere Alliance there have been groups from the other SSP’s that have “Defected” bringing with them some of the newer vessels and offensive technologies. The SSP Alliance Fleet is now a mixture of vessels and personnel from several SSP’s.

Q4. Please describe how Solar Warden uses metal expanding technology given to it by the Sphere Alliance to disable more advanced weapons systems controlled by the Cabal/Illuminati on Earth?

This technology is actually an older tech that was developed by “US” some time ago. It causes some metals to expand and magnetize making the needed moving parts not capable of moving. This works well against kinetic energy weapons like firearms and missiles. It can also cause malfunctions in conventional aircraft and have other practical uses. This has been around for quite some time but has not been used so widely to prevent assassinations and certain attacks until the Alliance started doing so when they were urged more and more to find nonviolent ways to achieve the results they used to achieve through other means by the Sphere Alliance.

Q5. Russia’s President Putin is allegedly aligned with and supported by the Solar Warden/Sphere Alliance, why is Putin and the Russian Federation more supportive of full disclosure?

Putin and other elements of the “Earth Based Alliance” that make up the BRICS Alliance among others that dove tail together are all working for the common goal of defeating the “Satanic/Luciferian Cabal” that is now in control of the majority of the world and responsible for not only amazing deceptions of his and other countries populations but also some of the most horrific Crimes Against Humanity that have ever taken place in known history. There are many of these crimes that have become more and more known through recent disclosures behind the scenes. This has only caused these groups and people to want to bring down these Secret Earth Government Syndicates now more than ever. Unfortunately some of the “Earth Based Alliance” wants to put into place another Financial Debt Slave System to replace the old one. This is going to be something that is heavily negotiated in the near future. The “East” has stated that “The West has had its 100 years, now the East deserves its 100 years”. This is referring to the giant financial Ponzi Scheme set in place by the Federal Reserve System.

Q6. Has President Putin met with the Blue Avians/Sphere Alliance. If so, did this happen during his recent disappearance for 10 days?

The timing of his 10 day disappearance occurred exactly during the time of the SSP Alliance/Sphere Alliance Conference that was taking place on the LOC along with many Earth Politicians (Non Cabal) and Regular Earth Citizens. I did not personally see him or have I been briefed that he was there. I was not involved in that portion of the conference. I do strongly suspect that he or his representatives were present.

Q7. On April 12, 2014, the USS Donald Cook equipped with an Aegis Combat System was allegedly disabled by a Russian Su-24 tactical bomber deploying a sophisticated electronic jamming system. Was this an example of the kind of technological assistance given to Solar Warden and its earth allies to change the military/political balance of power on Earth?

I have been told this is the case by several SSP Alliance members but I have not seen any briefing reports personally to be able to vouch for that 100% myself. Other insiders have reported this as well so it is probably a safe speculation.

Q8. On March 12, President Obama claimed on Jimmy Kimmel Live that his hands are tied on the disclosure issue by extraterrestrials themselves. Was Obama encouraged to make this statement as a form of soft disclosure?

I heard that he did this as a way to plant a seed and control the narrative a little but he was reprimanded for doing this “Joke Setup” on this show. I have only heard second hand information about this incident and cannot give direct knowledge. I do believe as David Wilcock stated that “Many a truth is given in jest”. The side he serves on is indeed subservient to some “Alien Groups” that they sold us out to many decades ago. If you notice also the timing, this too was also during the exact time of the SSP Alliance/Sphere Alliance Conferences at the LOC and Putin’s “Missing Time”. My question is do you believe in that much of a coincidence?

Q9. Has President Obama met with Blue Avian/Sphere Alliance at any secret meetings prior to his March 12 statement?

Absolutely Not (and these “Elite Groups” are enraged by not being recognized by the Sphere Alliance). The Blue Avians/Sphere Alliance refuses to directly meet with any “Cabal” linked persons or groups. They will not meet directly with the Illuminati. This is why they have had “Representatives” or “Delegates” attend various Federation meetings for them as well as meet with various “Comities” that represent these Secret Earth Government Syndicates.

Q10. Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, and Boeing are some of the major aerospace companies allegedly involved with secretly developing anti-gravity space vehicles. Please describe how these and other companies are involved with the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) space program?

They have Board Members who either “Retire” or “Rotate Off” the corporate boards and then join the ICC SSP Super Boards to where they work as super conglomerates and make decisions involving the companies they represent. It is a certain “Elite” among the corporate structure that ever knows anything about the ICC. Often they will work with the companies for a couple of decades and not know anything about the larger activities in the Sol System until they are asked to join or serve on a Super Board or other position.

Q11. Why did the ICC decide to ally itself with Solar Warden and the Sphere Alliance, rather than continue to work with the Cabal/Illuminati who are generally thought to own and exercise great power over major corporations?

The ICC has not joined the SSP Alliance. Only some “Cells” or “Groups” have broken away and defected to the SSP Alliance in recent months. This has been a blessing and a curse. This ended up causing some major ethical struggles inside the Alliance as well as 2 “Atrocities” that were very upsetting to many. It involved 2 attacks based on actionable intelligence provided by some defectors and ended up having a very high rate of collateral damage of innocent lives. This caught up to the SSP Alliance recently karma wise and ended up in the attack on some of the Alliance Personnel involved in the “Atrocities”. This was very recent and apart of this past weekend’s meetings.

Q12. Please describe how Solar Warden is enforcing a planetary quarantine to prevent assistance being given to the cabal/illuminati on Earth as the latter’s advanced weapons systems and bases are being systematically disabled/destroyed.

Mostly any ships that try to flee have ran into the energy barrier around the Earth and bounced back through the atmosphere with a fiery light show. The SSP Alliance has been taking out many “Star Wars”/SDI Era space based weapons which have also been seen entering the atmosphere in like fashion. There are also a lot of recent skirmishes between different “Cabal” factions since they have realized that their “Royal White Reptilians” have tried to negotiate their safe passage out of the Sol System by giving up all of their Illuminati/Cabal followers as well as their lower cast Reptilian and Other Allied Races in their Federation. There is chaos among these groups who are following the example of their masters and turning on each other. Though they are heavily denying this publicly and putting their most clever disinformation agents out to control the narrative as best they can.

Q13. Previously, you have described five secret space programs, two of which mainly operate outside of our solar system – a NATO Type SSP and a Dark Fleet. Are these latter two still subject to a solar system wide quarantine by the Sphere Alliance from returning to our solar system?

Yes, there have been several petitions for the NATO Type SSP Group to return as well as to allow some innocent Alien/ET Groups who were here on peaceful scientific missions to leave. All requests have been denied and the Outer Barrier will be maintained until after the “Event” and everyone has answered for their parts in what has gone on in the Sol System over the last however many thousands of years that they have decided (Grand Cycle etc…)

Q14. In an April conference presentation in San Francisco, David Wilcock described a timetable with 2017 as the year by which full disclosure is going to happen. What can you tell us about any timetable the Sphere Alliance/Solar Warden has to disclose the truth to the world public?

I have not seen this timetable or date anywhere or been given it in any briefings personally. There were multiple “Time Windows” that were put forth that were all listed between the 2018 – 2023 time frame in various programs. However this was prior to the Sphere Alliance and many other things that seem to be pushing the time frame forward. It is getting more and more difficult for them to maintain this illusion that we live in down on the planet with all of the energetic changes and changes in the mass consciousness. I think putting out a date is a bad idea myself. But it could very well be 2017, as fast as things are moving it could very well be 2015/2016 as well. The Sphere Beings have put it all on us and when we decide to wake up and expand our consciousness to the point to where we realize its co-creative power. Once we do we can make things happen on our own timetable.

Q15. Are there White Hats within the NSA secretly coordinating with whistleblowers such as Edward Snowden to disclose the truth about extraterrestrial life and secret space programs?

Yes. Any further info would be dangerous to the few white hats that are in various positions surrounded by black hats. Anyone that things Snowden pulled off that Data Grab on his own is very much misinformed or ignorant of how Information Security worked back then as well as it does now.

Q16. Is there currently a disclosure race happening between the Cabal/Illuminati and the Solar Warden/Sphere Alliance in terms of how much information should be released and how this frames key issues?

Yes, When FULL Disclosure occurs it will also come with the disclosure of massive crimes against humanity that will send the bulk of society into shock for some time. The fact that there are aliens will not be as disruptive or shocking as what all the “Elites” have done in secret during the time they were hiding the existence of aliens and most of all the high technology that would have ended the financial system decades ago.

IF the “CABAL/ILLUMINATI” can control the Disclosure they can also control the narrative and spin of disclosure they think to make themselves come out looking better in the end. They had planned on being off planet when all this info broke. Now that they are stuck here with everyone else they are all turning on each other and spinning and cutting deals as fast as they can. They know what the population will call for if there is full and unfettered disclosure of our true history along with the release of suppressed technologies and the existence of alien life.

They MUST do everything they can to control the narrative and manner that this information is disclosed. This is a much more complicated situation than most realize. Complete disclosure is going to leave many of the world’s population calling for “heads to roll”.

Q17. Do you think that the 2016 President Elections might be a forum by which disclosure happens through individuals such as John Podesta and Hillary Clinton how have been involved in prior disclosure events by the Clinton and Obama administrations?

NO, No political races or outcomes will lead to any type of disclosure.

Q18. Is Pope Francis playing a strong behind the scenes role in disclosing the truth about extraterrestrial life? Is he involved in any capacity with the current meetings with Blue Avians?

The Vatican is lumped in with the Secret Earth Governments and are not being recognized or permitted audiences with the Sphere Beings. They have been rotating in as Delegates in the Human-like ET Federation that has been mentioned.

Q19. It has been claimed that President Obama cannot take any action in revealing the truth about extraterrestrial life, until the Vatican has done so. Is the planned meeting between President Obama and Pope Francis on September 23 significant for extraterrestrial disclosure?

They may decide as a part of the process of doing a controlled disclosure to control the narrative to allow the Vatican to release some information. I am very doubtful. There are many scandals of so many groups that they are trying to keep in Pandora’s Box when they crack it open to allow the disclosure of “Alien Life” to be known. They may very well be deciding how exactly they are going to control the narrative and how to let out information about alien life and suppressed technology without letting out the full information about their crimes and scandals. That would be a difficult meeting and problem to try to figure out on their end.

Q20. In your most recent update, you say that you met with Blue Avian/Sphere Alliance extraterrestrials over the weekend of May 9-10, can you describe who else attended this meeting and where it was held?

It was just myself and the Blue Avian named “Tear-Eir”. It was a “One on One” meeting to discuss some of the recent issues with the SSP Alliance, some of the recent Energetic Tsunami Waves and their effects on the population as well as some upcoming meetings that I am going to be asked to attend.
